Diving Lessons
Noah passed his swimming test last week (yeah Noah), so his instructor asked what he wanted to do for his last class. He said he wanted to learn how to do dives, bellyflops, and cannonballs. The teacher agreed, and off to the diving pool they went.

July 4th - Noah Race
As you can see, Noah was the first out of the blocks of his swim heat.
While the other kids were jumping in, Noah went fro the full dive
Here is the close up of Noah's dive. He went on to come in 4th in
the 25 meter freestyle for 6 year old boys.
July 4th
The pool had swim races for the kids today. Jack came in 3rd in the 4 year old boys division. As you can see, he is very proud of his achievement.

Jack has begun a very intense training program to prepare himself for the 2010 Coney Island, Nathan's Hot Dog eating Championship.
